Everything an outcome was decided on, kept with it. This is what an auditor re-performs a decision from, without having to ask us for anything.
Evidence is retained for as long as the record it belongs to requires — six years for clinical and claims material, the life of the deal for deal documents. Nothing here is used to train a model, by Areev or by any model provider.
